I am a Human Resources Professional, a management and organization development consultant who specializes in HR issues and in management development to create forward thinking workplaces. I am also a part- time human resources lecturer, Career coach, HR blogger, Speaker, Trainer, twitter addict and a Trier of new ideas.

I am an active member of both CIPD and CMI. In 2009, I was appointed a goodwill Ambassador to the Chartered Management Institute, where I contribute regularly in speaking and presenting at external national and regional conferences, CMI radio & Success TV and events. I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources at University of East London and a Masters in Employment Studies and HRM at London Metropolitan University. My experience covers a multitude of HR subjects including policy, procedure & contract development, employee relations, performance management, redundancy, recruitment and training. Having managed my own successful small business, I know only too well the difficulties experienced by business owners contending with the mass of employment legislation to ensure their business is legally compliant. With this knowledge and understanding, I am well placed to be able to provide qualified and robust support to business owners and managers, allowing precious time and energy to be spent focusing on business development.
